Only in Vlašić katuns (summer settlements), cattle- breeders know the magical cheese recipe passed down from generation to generation for hundreds of years.

The eternal dilemma in Bosnia and Herzegovina is which ćevap is better, so we will be objective this time and say that Travnik ćevap is the best. Well, there's a bit of subjectivity in there, right? So, come, try and judge it for yourself. That will be the best way to check it.
LUTVO’S COFFEE
With the sound of fresh and fast Blue Water, with great people around, take your time to drink Lutvo's coffee with ćeif, smoke a cigarette, and eat traditional sweet delight—lokum. Being both Lutvo’s Café and Rudolf's Café, it is where the Travnik story of our Nobel laureate begins and ends.
TRAVNIK SCRAMBLED EGGS
We can’t imagine the first day of spring without the traditional Travnik scrambled eggs “festival”. In this way, we welcome spring by joining and hanging out in nature with the preparation of scrambled eggs, including extra food and drinks that people bring. The simple preparation of scrambled eggs makes it a special delicacy.
TRAVNIK PITICA
Different names for almost the same type of dough – somun, lepina, or as we call it in Travnik, pitica. Travnik ćevap is unthinkable without it, and it is also perfect for many other dishes. It is not just a pastry or a type of bread; it is a story of tradition and customs, the scent of childhood, especially during Ramadan when it spreads through the town bazaar.
VLAŠIĆ HONEY
Fragrant pastures and mountain forests are a paradise for bees who diligently collect another of our delicacies - Vlašić honey. It is healthy, has a rich taste with a special texture, and is a symbol of the authenticity of our region.
